Privacy policy

Short, because our handling of your information is short. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect through this site

What you type into the quote form or the pilot application: your name, company, email, phone, the project or flight locations you enter, billing details if you give them, and the details of what you are asking about. There are no advertising trackers on this site and nothing on it sets an advertising cookie.

Services the site relies on

A few outside services do specific jobs on this site, and each only sees what that job needs.

  • Cloudflare hosts the site. Its Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, so we can see which pages are read. Its Turnstile check runs quietly on the quote form to keep automated spam out; it looks at signals from your browser, not at what you wrote.
  • Google Maps provides the address lookup and the drop a pin map on the quote form. It loads only once you start on an address field, and what you type there, and where you place a pin, is sent to Google to find the address. Google handles that under its own privacy policy.
  • Resend delivers the email that carries your request to us and the confirmation sent back to you.
  • Wix operates the client management system where quote requests are kept so we can respond and manage the resulting project.

Where it goes

Your request is used to respond to your enquiry and to run the resulting project. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Aerial imagery captured on projects

Project imagery is retained for one year from the capture date and stored in access controlled cloud storage. Copyright in the imagery remains with Drone360 Imagery Ltd., and clients receive a broad perpetual licence to use it. Imagery is not published or used in our own marketing without the client's written permission.

Flights are planned to avoid capturing identifiable individuals or neighbouring private property where that is not necessary to the work. If you believe you have been incidentally captured in imagery and want it addressed, contact us and we will deal with it.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
