Aerial photography, video and event coverage

When the brief is that the place should look extraordinary rather than be measured, the flight is planned for light, movement and composition. Same aircraft, entirely different discipline.

What we shoot

  • Cinematic aerial film for corporate, facility and project marketing
  • Openings, ribbon cuttings, ground breakings and milestone events
  • Stills packages sized for print, web and social
  • Interior flights of empty buildings
  • Edited delivery with a revision round included

How event work is planned

  • Standoff distance from any gathering set before the day and authorized in advance
  • Advanced RPAS certification, which permits flight near people
  • A shot list agreed beforehand, so a live moment is not improvised
  • Interior flights scheduled when no occupants are present

Spherical capture and close quarters flying

8K / 360

Our 360 capture platform records the full sphere around the aircraft in 8K at 60 fps, with 120 MP stills. Because every direction is captured at once, the shot gets chosen in the edit rather than in the air. We pan, tilt, reframe and pull several finished clips from a single pass, including angles nobody thought to ask for on the day. It switches to a forward single lens at 4K 60 for classic first person work, and integrated propeller guards let it fly close to structures and equipment.

For a facility walkthrough, a plant tour, or a project reveal, that means one flight produces a set of deliverables: vertical cuts for social, wide establishing shots for the website, and an interactive 360 tour a client explores on their own.

Alongside it a compact first person platform handles the tight, fast work. Through a doorway, under a boom, along a haul road at deck height, up a building face and over the roofline in one unbroken take. These are the shots that make a project feel like a place instead of a photograph, and they are planned the same way we plan a mapping mission, with airspace, approvals and a safety brief in hand.

Common questions

Answered plainly

Can you fly near a crowd at an event?

Yes, with the distance planned and authorized before the day. Advanced RPAS certification permits flight closer to people than Basic operations allow, and the aircraft stays beside the gathering rather than over it. A recent opening was covered live with the aircraft held at roughly 30 m standoff from the gathering, planned and authorized before the day.

Can you fly indoors?

Yes, and interior flights are scheduled when no occupants are present. Empty building walkthroughs before handover are a common request.

What is the turnaround on an edited film?

Five to ten business days for a typical cinematic edit, with one revision round included. Raw stills can be turned around considerably faster if the deadline is tight.

Who owns the footage?

Copyright stays with Drone360 and clients receive a broad perpetual licence to use the imagery. The licensing terms are issued as a standalone document so nothing is ambiguous later.
